Our hourly rate covers personalized one-on-one or small group in-person tutoring at your home, customized lesson planning, continuous academic progress tracking, and access to our background-checked tutor network.
How do I pay for online classes?
Online class subscriptions are billed monthly and can be paid conveniently via Mobile Banking (CBE Birr, Telebirr, or direct bank transfer). You will receive payment confirmation and immediate access to class materials.
Can I get a trial lesson?
Yes! We arrange an initial trial session for home tutoring services so you and your child can experience the tutor's teaching approach and ensure a great fit before starting regular lessons.
What if I'm not satisfied with my tutor?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If at any point you feel the assigned tutor isn't the right match for your student's learning style, we will re-assign a new qualified educator at no extra charge within 48 hours.
